Finally relaxed when I tried it on
Finally relaxed when I tried it on
Deliverysign-up discount code didn't apply, I paid extra for "2-day" shipping and then watched tracking go nowhere. Customer replies were slow and vague, saying they'd "ship soon" while my party plans ticked down. They eventually sent a replacement and it did show up in time for the viewing party (which was a relief) — fits well, feels decent, exactly what I wanted to wear. Still, the back-and-forth and no refund for the rushed shipping left a sour taste. Would use the jersey for casual games and weekend wear, but I won't trust them for last-minute deliveries again.
Missing package, poor follow-up

Deliverythey point to LaserShip, LaserShip points back, and no one can say where exactly it landed. So I paid, I didn’t get the item, and there’s been no clear refund or solution. I’ve dealt with sketchy couriers before so I knew the drill, but this was still disappointing. I’ll be filing with the BBB and warning friends. At least writing this might stop someone else from the same headache.

ProductOpening the box felt a bit like a blind date — I had decent hopes but, uh, nope. The Vegas jersey for our son looked okay in photos but in person it’s thin, the crest is heat-pressed not stitched, and it has that plasticky flop when you pick it up. He tried it on and we both went, "huh" — not the proud walk-to-the-rink kind of "huh." Feels like it might split at the seams if he sneezes too hard, and the print already looks like it’ll start peeling after a wash. I’ve bought legit merch before so I know what real quality is; this isn’t it. Save yourself grief and compare with bigger retailers — Walmart gear felt sturdier in my experience.
Arrived on time, no support

Returns & RefundsEarly November I thought I’d be clever and order a jersey for a gift, so it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived on time, which was great, but the size ran small. I called to exchange it and offered to ship it back prepaid. They still refused because the 30‑day window had passed. From the front-line rep to the manager there was no real help. That left a sour taste — I wear it at home and to weekend games.

ProductWore it to my kid’s hockey game — at first the name seemed off-centre, but by the second period I noticed the fit, fabric and number looked great from the stands. That’s when I was sold.
The jersey that kept teasing me

Productout of stock. At the last minute. Not great. That either means they never had stock or they oversold. Either way, not a good look. The worst bit was that by the time it was cancelled the jersey was gone everywhere, so no quick alternate buy. Customer support offered a 25% coupon as "sorry", which felt a bit tone-deaf. On the plus side the refund hit my card pretty quickly once they cancelled, so credit where it's due. I use these jerseys for late-night practices and weekend games, so the timing sucked. I'm glad I got my money back, but the whole experience wasted time and plans. Inventory management and clearer updates would have fixed 90% of this. I won't be ordering similar items from them soon.
Finally got a refund, but it took work

Returns & RefundsI placed my first order on Nov 26. The site looked straightforward and the sizing chart seemed useful, so I went for it. Nine days later I got an email saying the jersey was out of stock. Fine, I waited. When it showed back in stock on Dec 20 I ordered again and paid extra for 3–7 business day shipping because I needed it soon. Then it sat in processing. I called on Dec 26 to cancel. The rep told me it had been six days and cancellation wasn’t possible. I asked where that rule was on the site. No clear answer. I asked again. After a few minutes of back-and-forth they promised a cancellation request and an email within 24–48 hours. That email never came. I called back. Different rep. Different story. At one point I was told to wait until the jersey shipped and then return it. That felt like a runaround. The surprising bit — and why I’m not totally ripping them — is that after I escalated to a supervisor, the refund was posted without me having to send the jersey back. It took longer than it should have and I had to push a few times, but the manager did follow up and it was resolved. So I ended up satisfied, albeit annoyed by the process. If you decide to order, track stock closely and be ready to call. Persistence helps.
Long processing mess

DeliveryI ordered on Dec 20, paid extra for the 3–7 business day shipping, thinking it'd be straightforward. The site was easy to use (actually nice checkout flow), but the rest was a mess. By Dec 26 I called — told shipping only starts after their "shipping date", not the order date. Cancelled because it was a Christmas gift. Two days later I call and they tell me I have to wait for the delivery date. On Jan 16 it's still "processing", so I cancel again; they promise someone will reach out. Jan 26, still processing, cancel again. This time they tell me to call back in two business days and wait 3–7 business days for a refund. I've talked to three so-called supervisors; one even hung up on me when I asked simple questions. That repetitive "processing" status and the back-and-forth are what's most frustrating — you pay for faster shipping and get stress instead. I've had smoother returns elsewhere. Low-key disappointed, a real time sink.
Close call with the gift

Returns & RefundsOkay, so this started because my neighbour told me about this jersey — she said it was legit and cheap — and I figured, perfect, last-minute gift for my son. I'm a struggling single mom so I scrimped to order it on Nov 27 and paid extra for 3–7 day shipping, because, duh, Christmas. Imagine my stomach drop when the order page said delivery Dec 29. I called right away. First rep walked me through a thing where their '3–7 days' is counted after they actually ship (they wouldn't ship until Dec 19). So that meant weeks of waiting after I already paid. I asked to cancel. First person put me on hold and then... nothing. I hung up after 45 minutes and called back. Second person said they couldn't cancel because it wasn't processed, call back tomorrow. Ugh. Ended up having to wait for a refund — seven business days — which left almost no time to find another gift. Thankfully a friend tipped me a local shop and I managed to grab something in time, and the company did eventually refund me, so I guess in the end it worked out. Still, the lack of clear shipping info and the customer service hold on my time was rough. Be warned if you're ordering for a deadline. Not ideal, but lesson learned, really though.
