TrackingThe call center staff over at Newegg are so frustrating, eh. My recent order was a huge hassle, eh. Spent forever on the phone with support trying to figure out where my stuff was. Finally got some tracking numbers for 3 out of 4 items, but that 4th one is still a mystery. Can you believe it's been 2 days and it's still stuck in "packaging"? Like, seriously, how long does it take to wrap up a package, eh? The lack of organization is getting on my nerves, eh. And to top it all off, the supervisor I talked to, Andrea, straight up hung up on me after saying they'd transfer me to someone else. It took a bunch of calls and hours on hold before I finally got some answers and tracking numbers for all my stuff. Just hoping it all gets here soon, eh.
