ServiceHey there, trust me and don't bother ordering from them directly. I bought a baseball cap from them, and you won't believe it - they canceled my order for no good reason! It's ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and check out another store like lids. The customer service from this company is seriously lacking.

ServiceSo, I went to this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I was so let down by the manager. She was totally clueless and didn't seem to care at all about the stuff they were selling. It's just too bad that someone like her is running the show when all the other employees are doing such a good job.
