App & PortalI bought a cap that was way too big for my head, eh. I tried to return it through the portal, but it was a nightmare, ya know? Kept getting an error message even though I double-checked my order number. I emailed for help, but all I got was the same useless response to use the faulty portal. I couldn't even call in for assistance because their phone service is missing in action. I'm absolutely fed up with this experience, eh.
