I ordered some die-cast items from an online store not too long ago, eh, hoping to grow my collection. But, I was pretty let down when I found out that the shop ended up canceling all the orders without even giving a reason. It's frustrating to see a company taking orders and money when they don't actually have the products ready to go. It kind of makes me doubt the trustworthiness of not just the shop but also the whole organization, you know?

I just bought something off the NASCARSHOP site and got the wrong thing. Luckily, Tyler, the customer service guy, was a huge help in fixing the mix-up. He wasted no time sending me a label to return the wrong item and made sure the right one was on its way to me asap. Plus, he heard me out about how hard it was to use the discount code when I ordered. He promised to give me back the discount amount. Tyler really went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted out.
