I just bought some waterproof pants online, but they were too big when I got them. I reached out to customer service and was really happy with how fast and helpful they were. Danielle Stevens was especially great and sorted out my problem right away. I'm really impressed with the customer service from Mountain Warehouse overall.

I went to the store to look for waterproof jackets for my daughter's school trip. It was all organized and tidy. There was this guy, Luke, who helped me out. He was super nice and friendly. Even though the store was busy, he took the time to help us without rushing us. He also told us about some deals, but wasn't pushy at all. I had a good time and I'll definitely go back there again.

I went to the store the other day to get some outdoor gear and I was really impressed with the service I got. But the size I needed wasn't on the shelves. Luckily, Josh W, one of the staff members, really went out of his way to help me. He took the initiative to check the store's stock, both on the computer and physically going through items on the shelves. Even though it was almost closing time, he found the size I needed and even placed an order to have it delivered to the store. Josh's commitment to customer service and willingness to help with a smile really impressed me. It's not often you come across such outstanding service these days, and I truly appreciate his efforts.

The service at this store is amazing! Mariola really went out of her way to help me find the perfect winter jacket. She knew a lot about the products and helped me pick the right size and style. I was so impressed by how quick and careful she was in helping me. It's not often you get such great customer service, and Mariola really showed what excellent care looks like. I still can't believe I made that dumb mistake when I ordered without noticing the charge for click and collect. So, I needed to get new wellies because my old ones were no good. I had a hard time finding the right pair, but luckily I got amazing customer service from this really nice lady named Laura at the store in Gloucester Quays. She did everything she could to help me out, even calling me and other stores to find just the right ones.
