The delivery person told me they dropped off my order, but I was home all day and no one rang the doorbell. I searched everywhere and couldn't find the package. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a new order right away. They kept me updated every step of the way. Fantastic service!

I had a problem with my click and collect delivery and needed help. I forgot to choose next day delivery and couldn't fix it. But Christine and Dastan really tried their best to assist me. Their customer service was fantastic, and I suggest using live chat for any questions or problems with your order.

I recently bought some outdoor clothing and camping gear from this store. When my order arrived, I realized that one item was missing, even though the packaging looked fine. I contacted customer service immediately and was helped by a person named Rachel Bassett. She quickly said sorry for the mistake and made sure that the missing item was sent out that very day. I was amazed by how fast and well they dealt with the issue, making sure I got the item the very next day. The service I got was really outstanding and made me feel happy and appreciated as a customer.

So, I gotta tell ya about this not-so-great thing that happened to me recently.
