So, I needed to swap one of the things in my order, and turns out it was from the marketplace and the return form didn't have an exchange code. I filled out the return sheet with all the info needed and contacted customer service for help. At first, I got conflicting info in emails at the same time, but after asking more questions, Nikola Doktorova gave me clear and helpful support. I'm thankful for the quick response and the help I got. Now, I hope the exchange process goes smoothly like the customer service and all issues get sorted out quickly.

I got a camping tent from this store but accidentally ordered the wrong size. I tried to process a refund through eBay but it didn't work, so I called customer service. Janice helped me out so much and made sure I got the right tent. She's a hero!
