So I just bought this outdoor jacket from this company and honestly, it's been a bit of a letdown. My order got held up at a US port for weeks and then they lost it at sea for over 2 months. I ended up canceling my order and they told me I'd get my refund in 10 days, but it's been 23 days now and still no sign of my money.

I bought this jacket online not too long ago and I relied on the size guide they had on the website. But when it showed up, it was way off and just didn't fit right. So I reached out to customer service to see about swapping it, but they hit me with their strict "no exchange" rule. They basically told me I had to send the jacket back and then buy it again at a much higher price, which is not only a pain but also costs more. I was pretty bummed and frustrated by their lack of flexibility and not really caring about what I needed. Compared to other outdoor stores, their exchange policy and customer service just didn't measure up.

I just bought a hoodie online and had to send it back because it wasn't what I expected. Returning it was such a pain. I had to call a bunch of times and the customer service reps were no help at all. They weren't clear about the return policy and took extra money from my refund, which made me so mad. I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else from now on.
