CommunicationI bought this outdoor jacket from a store not long ago, eh. Gotta be honest, I'm really let down by the service I've got! It's been 2 and a half months since I placed my order, and I still haven't heard anything or received the jacket. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team is a real bummer, eh. I won't be buying from this store again, that's for sure.
