ServiceI used to go to the store all the time, but now the service isn't as good. The staff used to be super knowledgeable and friendly, and now they seem pushy and rushed. They used to have this awesome guy who knew everything about the products and was always welcoming. I miss him!

ServiceSo, you know, I ordered this really cute eyeshadow palette and some makeup brushes from this company, eh? And guess what? They ended up cancelling my order because they made a mistake on their end. Can you believe it? I was soooo angry, like, grrr! I was, like, totally dissatisfied with their service. Honestly, I'm not gonna order from them again. Ugh!
