DeliveryOh man, what a letdown! I used to really enjoy shopping here because of the super fast next day shipping. But now, it's been a total nightmare. I recently placed an order and they shipped it from some really far-off location, which ended up taking way longer than usual. I think it's time for me to start looking for other places to shop.

DeliveryI ordered some media cables from this place thinking I'd get them pretty quick. Their shipping policy said orders ship within 1 business day, but it's day 3 and still no sign of my order. Contacted customer service and got the usual excuse about a "new system." If this happens a lot, they should just be honest about it on their website, eh.
