ProductBy the third day I realized the sizing was the thing. I ordered them in late March and they looked sharp out of the box — leather felt solid — but my usual size was pretty tight, toes especially. I contacted customer service and that part was disappointing, not much help. After about a week of short walks the shoes softened and I could wear them all day, so they do work, just took effort and patience. Useful, but not a smooth experience.
