Bought this for my cramped home office and use it every day — it’s sturdy enough, the finish feels a bit rough at the corners and the button sticks sometimes, but it gets the job done. Placing the order was clunky, replies were slow and blunt, and the 18% card fee is annoying. Not perfect, but I still reach for it most mornings.

By the third day I realized the sizing was the thing. I ordered them in late March and they looked sharp out of the box — leather felt solid — but my usual size was pretty tight, toes especially. I contacted customer service and that part was disappointing, not much help. After about a week of short walks the shoes softened and I could wear them all day, so they do work, just took effort and patience. Useful, but not a smooth experience.
