Was half convinced the parcel had vanished into the void until the knock came a week later — fastest dispatch I’ve had in ages. Everything showed up as pictured, right sizes and colours, and all neatly packaged with no damage. Shipping from overseas to Canada that quick felt almost unreal; I’ve been burned by slow sellers before, so that was a proper relief. The coat is actually great — warm, good lining, feels solid, which was a nice surprise from that brand. The shirt and pants? A bit meh, not terrible but not impressive either, which I’d kind of braced for. Customer service was fine when I asked a quick question, friendly enough. Price felt fair for the coat, less so for the lower-quality bits, but overall I’m happy and will buy again for niche pieces I can’t find locally.
