DeliveryI ordered something from this company not too long ago, but it's been a whole two weeks and my purchase still hasn't shown up. I've tried emailing them, but I haven't heard back at all. It's really getting on my nerves as a customer to deal with this lack of communication and slow delivery. I'm thinking about asking my bank for a refund because this company is dropping the ball big time. I'd recommend to anyone else thinking of buying from them to hold off until they get their act together and start providing better service.

DeliveryI'm really disappointed with my experience with the company. I ordered something over two weeks ago, shelled out a good chunk of money, and still haven't got anything. I've tried emailing Merit multiple times but haven't heard back at all. It's just not cool to be so unprofessional, and I have a feeling the products aren't great either. I'd suggest steering clear of this company to others.

DeliveryI was so bummed when I got home and saw my package just chilling outside where anyone could snag it. I called up Merit's customer service right away to let them know what's up, but they basically shrugged it off and said it wasn't their issue. And get this – all they offered was a measly 10% off my next buy like that would make everything better. No way am I giving them any more of my cash in the future. Disappointing, eh?
