ServiceI honestly started out worried — thought it might be a scam when one rug never showed up. But the moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when customer service finally replied (after a nudge) and sent tracking for the missing rug. It arrived a week later, better quality than I expected, and they even included a little fabric sample, which was a nice surprise. I've had worse experiences with other shops, so this turnaround felt refreshing. Still a bit slow at first, but overall really pleased now.
