Returns & Refundsonly one return label in the package, phone calls that took forever, a lot of back-and-forth (and someone who wasn’t great in English), so I was skeptical it would ever be fixed. I got one refund after a few weeks and kept crossing my fingers. The actual moment I felt satisfied was when the last refund finally showed up in my account — that click in the app was a weird little victory. Not smooth, not by a long shot, but in the end it worked out. I’d buy again, just with extra patience.
