Missing-piece surprise

Communication

I kept picturing my mug set on the counter, but one piece never showed. I ordered late November, I mean they promised it for Christmas, and now weeks later I still don't have it. The stuff feels great, nice weight, cozy — so I'm happy I bought it, but customer service ghosted me. Tip: check tracking first.

A relief, actually

Service

I honestly started out worried — thought it might be a scam when one rug never showed up. But the moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when customer service finally replied (after a nudge) and sent tracking for the missing rug. It arrived a week later, better quality than I expected, and they even included a little fabric sample, which was a nice surprise. I've had worse experiences with other shops, so this turnaround felt refreshing. Still a bit slow at first, but overall really pleased now.

Finally sorted, but what a ride

Returns & Refunds

only one return label in the package, phone calls that took forever, a lot of back-and-forth (and someone who wasn’t great in English), so I was skeptical it would ever be fixed. I got one refund after a few weeks and kept crossing my fingers. The actual moment I felt satisfied was when the last refund finally showed up in my account — that click in the app was a weird little victory. Not smooth, not by a long shot, but in the end it worked out. I’d buy again, just with extra patience.

Unexpectedly cozy pick

Product

Wasn't planning on falling for a rug, but this one did it — weird how a simple floor covering can change a room. The weave is soft under bare feet, not slippery, and it somehow dampens sound (the apartment feels calmer). I put it under my coffee table and it grounds the space; kid spills wipe up without soaking through, and the pile rebounds after someone sits on it. Delivery arrived earlier than I thought, well wrapped. I did return another size at first and got the refund after a couple of emails — pleasantly surprised that part, took a bit but it got sorted. Using it every morning with my tea, and even my cat prefers it now. Feels like good value for what I paid, too.

Relief after a mess

Communication

an email with a short line saying my refund had been processed. Nothing flashy, just a transaction reference and a date — and for the first time it felt final. Before that, the whole thing was a scramble. My Shop Pay payment somehow defaulted to an old address right after I ordered, and I caught it immediately. I tried Shop Pay, FedEx and the seller, and only the seller actually changed anything — or at least that’s what they said.
Their lines of communication are a joke. WhatsApp number doesn’t work, the alternate number listed with Shop Pay also didn’t pick up, and texts didn’t get accepted. Email was the only route and replies were slow and vague. “We updated your account” — update what? I asked for specifics; they never gave any. They told me the order had been intercepted at a New Jersey facility and wouldn’t go to the wrong address in Oregon. FedEx told me there was no interception. The rug shipped to the wrong address anyway. So yeah, misleading at best.
Everything felt so avoidable. I spent hours trying to prevent the shipment from leaving the warehouse. I took screenshots, saved timestamps, escalated—only to be told later in a very nonchalant email that there was a mix-up and they hadn’t intercepted it after all. The relief came when the refund hit my account. It didn’t undo the wasted time and stress, but it closed the loop.
It’s not all black and white. The refund was full and timely enough, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. The product might be fine, I never actually received it, and I can’t recommend their customer service. If you decide to deal with them: insist on written proof of any “interception” or address change, get tracking screenshots, and use a payment method that offers buyer protection. Also, they should really offer a working phone line and clearer updates — that would prevent a lot of stress.
Would I order again? Probably not, unless they overhaul how they handle urgent issues. If they did, I might try again. For now, lesson learned: document everything, and don’t rely on vague assurances.
