Returns & RefundsI just bought this really nice green coat from a store, and at first, I was pretty happy with the quality. But when I got it, I realized that the green was a bit off from what I saw online. So I had to take it back to the store, but then I had some issues with the return.

Returns & RefundsI ordered two pairs of shoes in the same size. But when they arrived, one pair was too small. It was annoying to have to deal with returning the wrong item. The whole situation was frustrating and definitely not a good experience.

They were packaged up all nice and neat when they arrived, and even though I had to return them because they were a bit taller than I expected, the whole process was easy and quick.
