CommunicationI ordered a black dress and matching shoes for a special event, and I was really hoping they would come the next day because I paid extra for speedy shipping. But, to my surprise, the package didn't arrive until three days later. That left me in a bit of a bind because I was missing half of my outfit for the event. What really got to me was that I didn't even get an email letting me know about the delay. It was frustrating and disappointing that the company didn't communicate with me or even apologize for the delay. Being a first-time customer, this whole experience really turned me off from shopping online with this brand.
