Returns & RefundsI'm pretty upset about how customer service has handled my missing order. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but I'm not getting any solid answers or solutions. It's been a real pain trying to get my money back for the order that got sent back in December. It's been 4 weeks now and I still haven't seen a refund. This kind of service is just not okay, I need better efficiency and care as a customer.
