App & PortalI recently bought a bunch of LEGO sets from their website, which had a ton of options to choose from. But honestly, it wasn't a great experience overall. The site looked good, but man, it was so slow to use. And ordering stuff was a pain too. I wanted to pay later, but got an email three days later saying I had to pay upfront. I asked customer service about payment plans, but they couldn't give me a straight answer. And I couldn't pay with ideal, which sucked. They said it'd take 2-3 days to get my order, but it actually took 7-8 days. And the tracking info was useless, it kept saying my package was in the warehouse for days before magically being delivered.
