DeliveryI ordered 4 things from the website but when my order came, only 1 thing was in the box. The slip said 4 things were sent, but there was only 1. I reached out to customer service and they said they could send the missing items, but it would take a few weeks. They also said they'd give me a label to send it back for a refund, but I never got it.

DeliveryI got a custom engraved ARC for my husband as a Christmas present. I was expecting it to come after Christmas because the website said custom orders take longer to process, but I actually got it on Dec. 19, right before the holidays. The engraving looked great and it was delivered quickly.
