CommunicationMy experience with this company has been pretty disappointing. I've had some problems with their customer service that's got me thinking twice about coming back. When I reached out about a late order, the person I talked to didn't really help much. It felt like they didn't really care about my issue, just kept repeating stuff about shipping delays. I asked to talk to a manager, but my call went to voicemail and my email was ignored. The lack of communication and professionalism was really irritating and left me feeling pretty sour.

CommunicationI am so annoyed with the terrible communication and customer service from this company. My order has been delayed and I have no clue why or when it will arrive. I've tried emailing and using their chat service, but no one has responded. It's just awful how they're treating their customers, like we don't matter at all. I have no clue where my order is and I feel totally ignored by this company.
