I don’t need to repackage the items myself, the store will deal with that when I drop them off, which felt like a small win after being spoiled by Amazon returns. Delivery itself was okay — nothing fancy but on time and no damage. I’ve filed the refund back to my card and now it’s a waiting game; they said it’s up to the bank and usually takes about a billing cycle (around 30 days), so we’ll see. I’m cautiously optimistic but I won’t badge it with full praise yet. Price felt reasonable for the quality, maybe a touch high depending on the item. One more thing — their stuff seems a bit nicer than some other brands I’ve tried (I think they might even be under the same parent company), but consistency varies by product. All in all, decent customer service and straightforward returns, decent delivery, just wish sizing was a bit more predictable. I’m happy enough but not wowed.
