CheckoutI was trying to grab two $50 gift cards for birthdays and the site kept timing out. Entered my info, got an error, tried again — and then my boyfriend tried too. We ended up with four charges. Support asked for screenshots but then said they couldn't cancel. The cards actually showed up later, which is weird, so now I have extras I didn't want. Useful when they work, but checkout is flaky and support didn't help much.

Checkoutmorning coffee station buddy, survives rushed breakfasts, and it even makes the commute less grumpy when I remember to pack it. I started skeptical and annoyed, but now I'm kind of glad I stuck it out. Would I buy again? Probably, though next time I'll be more patient and maybe wait for a sale. Ordering could be smoother, sure, but the product works and the staff weren't useless. Small victory.
