the thing actually feels good in hand. It’s a bit heavier than I expected, smooth finish, no rattles. I started using it right away and it’s been fine for daily use, with a couple small quirks. Not thrilled about the ordering or wait, but the product itself redeemed the experience a bit.

I ordered a few kitchen bits on Saturday because I wanted them for weekend cooking and paid extra for next-day delivery. Nothing showed up Sunday and on Monday the order still said “processing” even though the charge hit my credit card early that morning. I called customer service and after a bit of back-and-forth — and some trouble understanding each other because of a language barrier — they said their systems are about 24 hours behind. The items finally arrived later in the week and they work fine, packaging was okay, but the whole process was clunky. Not the end of the world, but I won’t risk paying extra for “next day” again.
