Slow delivery, decent product
Slow delivery, decent product
Deliverythe thing actually feels good in hand. It’s a bit heavier than I expected, smooth finish, no rattles. I started using it right away and it’s been fine for daily use, with a couple small quirks. Not thrilled about the ordering or wait, but the product itself redeemed the experience a bit.
Paid for next-day, got a slow weekend instead
Paid for next-day, got a slow weekend instead
DeliveryI ordered a few kitchen bits on Saturday because I wanted them for weekend cooking and paid extra for next-day delivery. Nothing showed up Sunday and on Monday the order still said “processing” even though the charge hit my credit card early that morning. I called customer service and after a bit of back-and-forth — and some trouble understanding each other because of a language barrier — they said their systems are about 24 hours behind. The items finally arrived later in the week and they work fine, packaging was okay, but the whole process was clunky. Not the end of the world, but I won’t risk paying extra for “next day” again.

Returns & RefundsI don’t need to repackage the items myself, the store will deal with that when I drop them off, which felt like a small win after being spoiled by Amazon returns. Delivery itself was okay — nothing fancy but on time and no damage. I’ve filed the refund back to my card and now it’s a waiting game; they said it’s up to the bank and usually takes about a billing cycle (around 30 days), so we’ll see. I’m cautiously optimistic but I won’t badge it with full praise yet. Price felt reasonable for the quality, maybe a touch high depending on the item. One more thing — their stuff seems a bit nicer than some other brands I’ve tried (I think they might even be under the same parent company), but consistency varies by product. All in all, decent customer service and straightforward returns, decent delivery, just wish sizing was a bit more predictable. I’m happy enough but not wowed.
Ordering drama, happy-ish ending
Ordering drama, happy-ish ending
Checkoutmorning coffee station buddy, survives rushed breakfasts, and it even makes the commute less grumpy when I remember to pack it. I started skeptical and annoyed, but now I'm kind of glad I stuck it out. Would I buy again? Probably, though next time I'll be more patient and maybe wait for a sale. Ordering could be smoother, sure, but the product works and the staff weren't useless. Small victory.
Not worth the runaround, but the clothes are okay

Service
the clothing itself works fine for my everyday needs, but the discount circus made me walk away—twice. I buy a lot of basic pieces for work and weekends, so I ended up with a big cart (yeah, too many things, guilty) and a 20% promo that suddenly disappeared when I tried another code. I called customer service because who wants to pay more, right? The first rep told me to place the order and call back in 20 minutes so they could "apply the 20%." Twenty minutes later I was told, no, that couldn't be done. I asked for a supervisor and... same answer. So I cancelled. Simple, except not simple.
A day later I get their email offering 30% if I refer someone. Funny timing. I referred someone, they said they'd email a 30% code—never got it. I called back, and the script changed: place the order, then call back in 15 minutes. I said nope, been down that road already. Then a rep offered to set up the order, apply the discount, and let me pay. Sounds great on paper, except: I had to reorder 30-plus items with a tired support person, after working 12-hour shifts for days straight. I asked for a supervisor, the hold music played for a long time, and I hung up. I decided I don't need to be that flexible for a company that can't manage its discount system.
To be clear: the garments are fine — comfy tees, decent fit, I wear them to work and then to pick up groceries, they hold up. But the hassle, conflicting instructions, and missing referral code made me lose patience. They apologised vaguely and said they'd "look into it," but no tangible fix or a courtesy code was offered. With so many options out there, I prefer companies that don't make me repeat myself or place orders on faith. I'm still wearing the stuff I did order before the mess — so not a total loss — but the service left a sour aftertaste.
