I was really cheesed off with their service at first, eh! They were totally dodging my concerns, like I was stuck in a maze or something. Can you even believe that, eh? This dude named Felix, the Customer Service Supervisor, swooped in like a hero and straightened everything out. Now I'm feeling all cozy and content. Way to go, Lacoste, eh!
