CommunicationSo, I got this new black polo shirt from the store and things went pretty well, for the most part. I ordered it on a Tuesday and got an email saying it was shipped the next Monday. It showed up on Wednesday, all nicely wrapped up. But, there was a problem with the sizing - it was a bit tight. I emailed customer service to ask about returning it, but never heard back from them. Kind of a bummer that they didn't get back to me. Now I'm not sure if I want to go through the hassle of returning it if they won't communicate with me.
