I really like these shoes. They slip on fast and feel soft underfoot right away. I’ve been wearing them for quick grocery runs, walking the dog in the morning and even for the odd coffee shop stop. They have that surprising little bit of arch support you don’t expect in a slip-on, and they don’t look bulky either — which is nice when you want something casual but not sloppy. They’re comfy straight out of the box, no long break-in, and my mom liked the look when I tried them on for size, so I figured they’d be a great birthday gift.
But the ordering/support side was messy. I signed up for a welcome code twice, using two different emails because I thought maybe I’d missed it. Nothing. I reached out via email, the contact page, Instagram, and finally live chat. It took over a week to get an answer. By the time someone sent a one-time code it was too late — I’d already placed the order because I didn’t want to risk the gift arriving late. The code was short-lived anyway, seven days, and they said it wouldn’t be reissued. That left me annoyed. Feels like my loyalty didn’t count. Still, I’d buy the shoes again. They’re solid for everyday use and I was genuinely surprised at how wearable they are — comfy for errands and standing around at family dinners. I just hope their customer service gets less of a hassle next time.

So yeah, I bought three pairs of shoes, all supposed to be the same style and size. But turns out, they were all cut differently. One pair was way too big, another was too small, and only one actually fit right. It's pretty obvious there's a problem with the quality control at that company. And on top of that, I only got two pairs out of the three I ordered. Dealing with customer service to fix the mix-up was a total nightmare.

The shoes I bought at first seemed really good, but after a year, they got a hole in the toe. When I got a new pair, the same thing happened again. Even though I gave them another shot, they still sent the order to the wrong address, even though it was on my credit card. Customer service did nothing to fix their mistake, so needless to say, I was really let down.
