they mixed up my claim with my son’s order, then basically suggested it was my wear pattern. Felt like they were just going through the motions of denying stuff.
Now, I’ll admit I didn’t stay quiet. I followed up, asked for escalation, posted the photos, mentioned that I’d recommended them to a few people. That’s when things changed. A manager actually phoned me, apologized properly, and offered a replacement pair — and not just a 10% coupon like the initial reply. That phone call was the turning point; I was finally heard. The replacement arrived after a week or so and while it wasn’t perfect (slightly different trim and it took too long), it did feel like they corrected course.
So yeah, it’s a mixed bag. The shoes are comfy and I’d still suggest them cautiously — but only if you know they might not last. The company has potential to be great, and they can fix things when pushed, but they need better QC and a less defensive first response. I’m mildly satisfied because they made an effort in the end, but I won’t be blind about the flaws.

I bought a pair of shoes online recently and thought the delivery was fast and the ordering process was easy. But when I tried the shoes on, they were a bit too small. I wore them for less than 500 steps and realized they were just too tight and I needed a different size. I was surprised to find out that I couldn't return them because I wore them outside. I get the policy, but I wish I had known beforehand. After some back and forth with customer service, they agreed to exchange the tight ones for the correct size. I'm glad they were fair in the end, but it was definitely a bit of a hassle.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, the wide size didn't fit my father. When I tried to return them, it was such a frustrating process. They wanted photos of the shoes, but then denied the return because it was outside their return window. Why make it so difficult if they weren't going to take them back anyway? The customer service person was not helpful at all, and even ignored me when I asked to talk to a manager. After weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to give me a refund, but the whole thing was just not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.
