I totally messed up ordering some clothes and tried to fix it, but they wouldn't change it. I sent them emails and everything but they still sent it the wrong size! So annoying.

Customer service was fantastic! They helped me out with a problem I had with an item a few months after buying it. The team was really friendly, knowledgeable, and got things sorted out quickly. Definitely the best customer service experience I've had in a while.
