Returns & RefundsI bought a puddlesuit from Kidly for my baby not too long ago, but it turned out to be pretty bad quality. After only wearing it once and washing it, the zip lining fell apart. I contacted Kidly to ask for a replacement, but they said no because it had been over a year since I bought it. This, along with a bad experience I had last Christmas, has made me think twice about shopping with them again.

Returns & RefundsOh man, what a total nightmare! I had the worst experience with this company recently. I sent back some stuff using the courier they suggested, and now Kidly is saying the items never made it back. I did everything right, gave them all the info they needed, even the 16-digit number and the digital slip from Kidly. But even with all that proof, they're still saying no refund and no help. Their customer service is just awful and they have no integrity. I definitely don't recommend buying anything from them.

Returns & RefundsI had such a terrible experience with this company. I ordered baby clothes and toys, and it was just a disaster from the beginning to the end. They delivered my order in separate shipments, but one part went to my neighbor and the other part got lost. The customer service person, Rose, was no help at all. I asked for a price match because I found the same items for cheaper somewhere else, but they said no. Trying to return things was a nightmare, even though I gave them tracking and refund proof, I still haven't gotten my money back. Just don't bother ordering from this company, it's not worth the trouble.

Returns & RefundsI recently bought a Dutchie Walker from this company and unfortunately, I had some issues with it because it was faulty and didn't fit together properly. I contacted their customer service to explain the problem and asked to return the item. Even though the courier company Evri was giving me trouble by canceling the pick-up multiple times, Kidly stayed in touch with me and tried hard to fix the issue. In the end, they decided to give me a refund for the faulty product, which I am grateful for. Even though dealing with the courier company was annoying and took a long time, I want to commend Kidly for their dedication to fixing the problem quickly. One suggestion I have is to think about using a more reliable courier service, like DPD.
