They got back to me right away and gave me the choice of either swapping them out or getting a partial refund. I decided to go with the refund since the missing buckle wasn't a big deal, and my daughter still really likes the sandals. I was shocked at how fast they fixed the problem, all sorted out within an hour of me messaging them.

But man, when it comes to the colour, I'm a bit bummed out. The pic on the website had this gorgeous bright turquoise, but what I got is more like a grey-blue - way duller. It's kind of a letdown to see such a big difference between what they show and what you actually get. I might reach out to customer service and see if I can swap them out.

For the price, I suggest going straight to the Jellycat website for a better deal.
