Kenzzi - Reviews and experiences

I'm really frustrated with the customer service and product quality I received. I bought something on Black Friday, and it arrived fast, but it was defective. I've been trying to reach out via email and there's been no response, and they don't even have phone support. I'm going to have to take this up with my bank to get a refund.

I just got this acne and age spot treatment from this company, eh, and had a bit of a hiccup with some missing bits in my order. I got in touch with their customer service team, and they sorted it out in the end, so all good, eh. It did take a bit longer than I thought, but now I have the full product and fingers crossed it works as expected, eh. I've already seen some changes in my skin since using it once a week, and even got some nice comments about my skin, which is awesome, eh. In general, I'm happy with how things turned out, for sure.

Oh man, don't even get me started on this company! Last year I splurged on a new hair removal gadget and man, what a flop. I was all hyped up to give it a whirl, but guess what? It was a dud. No matter what I did, it just wouldn't power up. I reached out to them countless times to ask for an exchange or refund, but it was like talking to a wall. No response at all! They've had my cash for ages and still no working device. Customer service is a total joke and I feel like I just wasted my money.

I'm pretty upset about my experience at this place. The customer service is terrible - they didn't even bother to reply to any of my emails about my order. To make matters worse, I used a pay-in-four company for payment, and now I can't even dispute the charge. It's a total scam!

Soon enough, my package showed up in my mailbox in less than 12 hours. Toni's communication was speedy, clear, and made sure I got my order on time. She even checked in a few days later to see if I was happy with the product. The product itself arrived in just 4 days at my place in Denver, and it's already starting to work well. I'd definitely recommend Kenzzi after this great experience.
