Kenzzi - Reviews and experiences

I recently ordered something I really needed right away and paid extra for fast shipping. But here's the kicker - I never got an email confirming my order. When I contacted customer service, they said my item was being processed and shipped. But when I asked for tracking details, they went MIA. Eventually, I found out my item was on hold, and let me tell you, I was not pleased with the lack of info and communication from the company.

I bought something after seeing all those social media influencers talking about it back on February 20th, but I still haven't heard anything about my order. I sent an email on February 27th asking about it, but I haven't gotten a response yet. It's kind of disappointing that it's taking so long to hear back from them - good communication is super important for keeping customers happy. I should have listened to those reviews that mentioned stuff like this happening before, but I'm still holding out hope that my order will show up soon. I'll update my review depending on how things turn out.

Hey, does anybody have the contact info for that company? I did some work for them and now they're totally ghosting me! I left a review, but now they're asking for more details. Like, seriously? Are they trying to dodge payment or what? Save your cash and steer clear of this sketchy company!

I've been waiting forever for a response from this company. It's so annoying to have to constantly bug them for info about my order. I've been patient, but now I'm fed up. I want this issue sorted out ASAP.
