As a savvy shopper, I gotta say my experience with this product was a huge letdown. I thought the Kenzzi device was gonna be a game-changer, but once I got it, I realized it just wasn't cutting it for me. So, I followed the steps to return it like the company said. I packed everything up real good in one box, paid for shipping to send it back, and off it went. After a couple of weeks passed, I still hadn't seen my refund or heard a peep from the company. When I reached out to customer service, they tried to tell me they only got bits and pieces of the product back, even though I know I sent it all back together with a tracking number. It's frustrating to feel like your money's being taken and not getting any sort of fix for the problem.
