Kenzzi - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a Kenzzi product about a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I've been emailing them a lot asking for a tracking number, and I finally got one. But, after three weeks of not seeing any updates on the tracking, I found out that they didn't even send the product through the postal agency. I've sent so many emails, but all I get back are vague promises to check on the issue. I told them how unhappy I am, but they don't seem to care. I even asked for a refund, but they said no. I really recommend not buying anything from this company.

I ordered a hair removal device three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it's going to arrive. The website said it would only take 3-5 days for shipping, but it's been way longer than that and I haven't gotten a single email from them. Problem is, I've tried contacting Kenzzi before and never got a response. Plus, the lack of updates on my shipment just added to my annoyance. Waiting for so long for my order, only to get hit with unexpected fees, left me feeling pretty disappointed. This whole experience has definitely made me question Kenzzi's business practices.

My experience with the company was pretty disappointing. I came across a recommendation from someone I follow online and thought I'd treat myself to an IPL device as a Christmas gift. The problem started when I tried to make the purchase on their website and it wouldn't let me because of my location in South Africa. After reaching out to customer service and finally managing to place my order, the device somehow got sent to the wrong address in Hong Kong. I ordered a Christmas gift back in November, and I paid extra for speedy delivery, eh. But, lo and behold, it's now January and the dang thing still hasn't shown up! I reached out to customer service two weeks before Christmas, and they insisted that the courier had dropped it off already, but they were dead wrong. Now, the tracking says it's chilling at the 7th hub of some partner. I've sent heaps of emails, but the customer service team has gone silent on me, eh. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this company, or at least do some serious checking of the reviews before pulling the trigger on a purchase.
