TrackingI had heard really good things about this company's products, so I thought I'd give it a shot and ordered myself a pair of hiking boots online. Everything started off fine - got a confirmation email and even a tracking number for my shipment. But then things took a turn. The tracking info stopped updating after a few days and my order never showed up. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they replied at first and just asked me to be patient. But after that, nada. Suffice to say, this whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be buying from them again.

TrackingI recently bought work boots and hiking boots from this company, but the experience was not good at all. The tracking number they gave me didn't match my address, so my boots got lost. I tried reaching out to them a few times, but they never got back to me. It's disappointing and not cool that they didn't keep in touch. I'm hoping to get a refund via PayPal, but this whole thing has been really frustrating and inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this company to others to avoid the same problems.
