Nice fit, disappointing finish
Nice fit, disappointing finish
ProductSuper comfy at first, but after about a month the sole started peeling—glue gave out. Feels great to wear though; wish they’d last longer.
Vice-like fit, replacement helped

ProductHalfway through my shift these steel toes felt like a vice and wrecked my feet. Needed them for site work; grateful replacement arrived.

ProductSolid pick overall — I still tell people to try them. I first saw a pair on a coworker and ended up recommending them to my sister; sandals lasted years, boots comfy but stitching frayed quickly, alas.
They looked fine, then mutinied

ProductI spotted these at a weekend market after a coworker nagged me to try them. In the shop they felt decent. Two weeks later, standing on concrete all day, they started rubbing and gave me raw spots. Not terrible otherwise, comfy for errands but not full work shifts.
Unexpected keeper

ProductI only realized I liked this thing after using it every morning as my kitchen timer and lamp—didn't match the photo colour, and the size was off, but it still fit nicely on the counter and kept time perfectly. That unexpected battery life impressed me, so now it's my go-to despite the quirks.
Super comfy, bit of a letdown
Super comfy, bit of a letdown
ProductHonestly, I’ll say up front — these are the comfiest hikers I’ve owned, so I was really pumped. I started wearing a pair last spring and loved the fit straight away, walked miles without aches. That said, I got bummed when the sole started peeling after little use; felt like a cheap finish. Would buy again? Maybe not.
Comfortable at first, then gone
Comfortable at first, then gone
ProductBought these because they felt great right away — really comfy for long days in the barn and on the truck, I was pleased with that. Delivery was straightforward and came on time, courier even left it inside mudroom. Problem is the leather/stitching gave out after a year; I had them restitched at a local cobbler and that held briefly, then the toe rubber peeled and the sole separated a few months later. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out, so I ended up dumping them. Glad they were comfy at first, but overall disappointing.
That little repair moment turned it around
That little repair moment turned it around
ProductI was halfway down the lakeside trail when I realized I wasn’t thinking about my sandals for once — that’s when I knew they were doing the job. I’d been grumpy about the toe strap coming loose and one sole splitting, and yes, we’ve poked, glued and jury-rigged them more than once. But after my husband glued the sole back together and I slipped them on for a grocery run-turned-long-walk, they stayed put and felt fine. We only wear sandals a few months a year, so I didn’t expect miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised they survived a whole weekend of errands and beach stops. Not flawless, but useful.
Soles started peeling, sadly
Soles started peeling, sadly
ProductWeird little story — the soles started peeling off like old paint. First pair I used a lot while building my place, figured it was the hard work, no biggie. Second pair lasted a bit longer but the sole still came apart in pieces. I liked their water shoes so I gave the sneakers one more try. The third pair, though, started losing chunks of sole after only a few months. I kept shoe-gluing them, which was annoying and messy, and in hindsight I should’ve asked for a refund before the 12-month warranty ran out. When I finally contacted customer service they basically said there was nothing they could do because the sale date was just over a year — felt flat, to be honest. Delivery itself? Pretty quick, packaging was fine, no complaints there. In the end I switched to Merrell and that’s been much better. Been wearing them for over a year, even took them on the Camino this fall, and no issues with construction. Not perfect, but they work and I feel better about the switch.
Two pairs of boots, sole came off
Two pairs of boots, sole came off
ProductI bought two pairs of boots from this company and man, oh man, I was super bummed when the soles came off on both pairs. I reached out to the company for help, but no dice. Their customer service was total garbage, so you can bet I won't be buying from them again or recommending their stuff to anyone.
Recent footwear purchase
Recent footwear purchase
ProductI recently bought a pair of work boots from your store because I've been a customer for a long time and always get new boots every year for my work in carpentry and painting. I used to trust the durability and quality of your footwear, but this time I was let down. The soles and support of the boots started falling apart after just a few uses, and the insoles are wearing out faster than before. I'm pretty bummed about the drop in quality and will be looking for a different brand next time I need boots.
Hiking boots
Hiking boots
ProductI bought a pair of hiking boots from this company recently, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how comfortable and durable they are. The quality is obvious from the moment you slip them on, and they stay comfy even after hours of walking and hiking. These boots have lasted me for years and have come along with me on lots of trails in different places. When I did have a problem with one of the nylon eyelets tearing, the customer service team sorted me out quickly and even gave me a discount for my next purchase, which was a nice touch. Overall, I have confidence in this company to provide solid and long-lasting footwear.
American-made boots
American-made boots
ProductAfter days of hunting for a pair of boots made in the USA, I eventually stumbled upon a brand that still makes some of their styles right here in the States. I was so excited to find a good selection at the store, and even more pumped when I spotted a pair of boots that were just what I was looking for. The quality and workmanship of the boots totally blew me away, surpassing all my expectations, and I knew they would be the perfect Christmas present for my boyfriend. And the fact that I was able to stick to my budget while supporting American-made products was a major win for me. Big shoutout to the store for having such an awesome collection of boots, and to the manufacturer for keeping some of their production in the USA. I can't wait to see my boyfriend's face when he tears open his new boots on Christmas morning.
Waterproof work boots
Waterproof work boots
ProductBro, I bought these waterproof work boots back on May 3rd, 2022, and let me tell you, they are hands down the best boots I've ever owned! They're super comfy and durable. I've been rocking them every single day for almost 2 years now and they're only just starting to show a bit of wear. Seriously, they're top-notch!
My boots broke after a year
My boots broke after a year
ProductSo, you know, I bought these really awesome boots like a year ago, eh? And, like, they were totally starting to fall apart already. The top part was, like, separating from the bottom part. I mean, I paid good money for them, but they didn't even last as long as my cheaper boots, you know? It's so disappointing, I swear, I'm never buying them again.
Waterproof boots
Waterproof boots
ProductJust got these waterproof boots and they're a disaster! The tongue keeps bunching up and rubbing against my ankle bones like crazy, making them super uncomfortable. I've been wearing them for short periods for the past 2 years, thinking they'd get more comfy, but that hasn't happened. Now that they're out of warranty, I'm kinda stuck with them.
Comfortable boots, poor durability
Comfortable boots, poor durability
ProductI got these boots that felt amazing on my feet, like I was floating on clouds. But, after only using them every now and then for a year, the soles started falling apart, letting water in. I took them back to the store and exchanged them for a new pair. Unfortunately, the same thing happened with the replacement pair a year later. It's frustrating that these comfy boots couldn't handle easy wear and tear. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone and won't be buying them again.
Cyber Monday purchase
Cyber Monday purchase
ProductI can't believe some joker only gave these shoes a 1.5 rating! I've been rocking these kicks for ages! Scored some on Cyber Monday and they are seriously amazing. I've been rockin' their sandals since '04 and their hiking boots for a good 10 years. The only hiccup I've had was with one pair where the laces were crazy long. Maybe folks are buying from sketchy sites, 'cause my time with them has been totally awesome, eh!
Wide and comfortable hiking boots
Wide and comfortable hiking boots
ProductThese hiking boots were awesome, like they fit my wide feet so well and looked pretty sweet. But man, I was so bummed when I started seeing the rubber part between the leather and sole coming apart after just a short time. I mean, I only took them out for about 100 miles on easy trails before they started falling apart. It's a real shame, 'cause these boots had the potential to be amazing if they were more long-lasting. I got them from a popular hiking store, so I was expecting better quality. And they weren't cheap either, so I was definitely hoping they'd hold up better. It's just sad that they turned into nothing more than trash in the end.
Newport H2 and Caci III slip-ons
Newport H2 and Caci III slip-ons
ProductGot my first pair of Newport H2 back in 2022 and let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing! Felt like I was walking on clouds. Decided to treat myself to another pair during the spring sale in 2023, also got the Caci III slip-ons. But oh boy, what a letdown. The Caci III didn't have those comfy WALK insoles that my first pair had. They were so uncomfortable, just couldn't wear them. Learned my lesson there, won't be making that mistake again.
