CheckoutSpotted the sale because a coworker texted a screenshot, and I was actually excited to replace my old Keen boots. Tried to order multiple times (six-ish attempts) and the site kept looping me through pages, cart emptied, couldn't complete checkout. Phone support got me nowhere and the chat reps were polite but circular — they said someone would contact me later this week; still nothing, so that promise means very little. I even tipped a friend to jump on the deal before I gave up. Delivery looked reasonable during checkout but since the order never went through I couldn't test it. Pretty disappointing.
