I was on the fence because I'd had Keen before and the heel lining ripped. Bought another pair anyway, hopeful. Same tear showed up. I sent photos. They refused the warranty. Shoes are comfy, but the lack of support kills it. Won't risk another.

I bought the boots last month and they felt fine at first — decent fit, lightweight after a few walks. Tried to return them when they showed wear; website said free returns but customer service claims no order on file. We emailed invoices, then radio silence. Feels like being bounced around, still don't know who's responsible.
