My e-bike has been working amazing, just like they said. It's top-notch quality and definitely worth the price. The customer service was awesome, they fixed issues with the paint, fender, and headlight that got messed up during shipping real quick. They even gave me a gift card to say sorry. I'd definitely suggest them to others!

I can't believe this company! My bike caught on fire because of an electrical issue and the warranty they offered was completely useless. It took them six whole months to finally fix it, and trying to communicate with them was an absolute nightmare. I'll never trust a company like that ever again.

I just wanted to say that the customer service was amazing! I received my bikes last week and couldn't wait to ride them. But when I saw that the bell was missing from my beach cruiser, I called right away. Sarah was super friendly and told me they'd send a new bell. And you know what? I got it the very next day!

I had some issues with the customer service at this place lately. One guy, Sean, was pretty rude and unprofessional, which was pretty disappointing. Instead of listening to my needs, I felt like I was being given the run-around and needing to do unnecessary stuff. Even though my bike had a part that was clearly covered by warranty and deemed unsafe by a local bike mechanic and the head mechanic at the store, they were still hesitant to replace it. This lack of concern for my safety and happiness has made me think twice about coming back to this place.
