OverallSo I was really excited to get a new bike, but then I saw a lot of bad reviews. Ugh, who wants to deal with shipping problems and items arriving all messed up? If you want to keep customers happy, you need to provide good service, it just makes sense. Things might be fine for now, but who knows what could happen down the road? Time to up your game, folks!
