Returns & RefundsThe darn shipping rules and restocking fee really got me worried when I was buying something. I didn't pay enough attention to the details, and I ended up super disappointed. The people in customer service didn't really care about my problem, which matched up with what I heard from other folks saying they weren't very nice with customers. It was just so annoying, and I really should've looked into things more before going through with my order.

Returns & RefundsSo, I was kinda worried about my bike when I saw some folks had problems with customer service. But then, after a few days, they sent me a new tail light and fenders 'cause mine were broken. And turns out my whole bike was messed up, but they swapped it for a new one! I'm really stoked to get my new bike and I'm glad it wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews I read, eh?
