Juiced Bikes - Reviews and experiences

So, I recently bought this HyperFat 1100 bike, and man, do I ever regret it. Turns out, all the parts for it are special to that brand, even the controller and wiring. And to top it off, they're always stopping production of parts. I learned the hard way when I needed a new controller for my bike, only to find out they stopped making them a long time ago. So basically, if anything goes wrong with the electronics, which is bound to happen with these kinds of bikes, my super expensive investment will be worthless. Their lack of support for their products is seriously disappointing, and it's obvious they care more about making money than making customers happy. If you're thinking of buying from them, I really suggest you think twice and save yourself the trouble.

I bought an e-bike not too long ago and after a year of using it, I ran into a problem. Turns out a little wire overheated and melted, probably because of the throttle. That meant I had to replace the whole battery controller system, wheel, and engine in the wheel, which came to over $800. It sucked having to drop so much cash and time on fixing what seemed like a small part of the bike.

I bought an e-bike from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a letdown. The bike had a bunch of problems right off the bat - the battery wouldn't hold the charge for very long, the brakes were sketchy and unsafe, and when I tried to get it sorted, the customer service was just terrible. It felt like I got stuck with a dud and had to figure it all out myself.

I just bought a bike from this company, eh, and it came in all busted up with parts missing that didn't fit properly. I tried reaching out to customer service but they didn't give me any help or fix the problem. It's so annoying to spend money on something that doesn't work because it's broken. I recommend everyone to avoid this company cuz they don't back up their products and don't help when things go wrong, eh.
