Jones Road - Reviews and experiences

This company really screwed up when it comes to customer service. I've been struggling with a broken product for weeks and haven't made any progress in getting it fixed. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but it's like my messages disappeared into thin air because I haven't even gotten a robot answer. It's super annoying, especially because I've always been a loyal customer and bought a bunch of stuff from them before. It's really disappointing to see them not caring about making their customers happy, bad service can ruin a company's reputation.

So I got this little set, eh? I was all pumped to give it a go since all the influencers online were raving about it. But wouldn't you know it, the free shipping wasn't available to me! Can you believe that? So I tried to cancel my order, but the customer service was just grating on my nerves. They claimed I gave them the wrong order number, which I definitely didn't! I even sent them a screenshot to prove it. And get this, they never did cancel my order! So here I am stuck with this crummy product that felt like slime on my face. And on top of that, it looked terrible on me. And the cherry on top? I couldn't even send it back! I tried to leave a review on their website, but there wasn't an option for that. Just a total waste of $80.
