Jones Road - Reviews and experiences

I picked up some makeup the other day and it was alright, but some of it just didn't do it for me. The foundation and eye cream were great, but the concealer and neutralizer didn't do much for my dark circles. I had to layer it on thick and it just didn't look right. That's when I figured I'd return them. But the best part was how easy and environmentally friendly the whole return process was. I did it online and got a full refund without having to send anything back. Pretty awesome, eh?

I have to say, I don't get why people are leaving negative reviews. My experience with the products and the return/exchange process was fantastic. I ordered two miracle balms, two foundation sticks, a pencil sharpener, and two eye shadows. Unfortunately, one of the pencil colors and one eye shadow didn't quite work for me. However, exchanging them online was super easy. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of returning them - it was all so smooth. I'm really happy with the products I kept and will definitely shop here again.

I bought a beauty product from this company and it was a huge mistake. It was terrible, like cheap powder in Vaseline. It didn't work at all like they said it would. When I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, they totally ignored me. They didn't reply to any of my emails. Thankfully, my credit card company helped me get my money back. I definitely don't recommend buying anything from this company. I don't understand how they have any good reviews.
