DeliveryI just received my order and it's all mixed up! They sent me the wrong colors for my miracle balm and pencil. I can't even find the order number to try and sort this out. I've tried calling and emailing, but no success. Now I'm stuck with products that I can't return.

DeliveryI'm so upset because the stuff I ordered never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they're not getting back to me at all. It totally ruined the surprise I had planned for my daughter's birthday. I can't even get in touch with the company now. I'm really disappointed with how they've handled things and how long it's taking for my things to get here. It feels like I've been robbed.
